"Good morning people, today, there are many people of the older generation, like me, who find it difficult to get jobs in the society. Your companies do not want to hire older people like us because you believe that older people are a burden to the company as they are often difficult to teach and have a resistance to change. Also, you think that older people are useless pieces of crap. I have heard many comments like "Oh, this old people ar...", "So useless, can't do anything right..." But have you ever thought that when you people grow old, you would also face such situations? Though older people might not be as IT-savvy as the younger generation, and might have slower reactions, we often have better judgment. Also, unlike youngsters nowadays, we are less likely to act rashly. We work our hardest when it comes to work unlike some young people So, I sincerely hope that you would try to offer older people places in your companies. Thank you."
